It’s a baby boy again! Yes, you heard it right Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk welcomed a second child a baby boy.

Raven, who gave birth to her second child on July 23, the same day as her 32nd birthday, hasn’t revealed the baby’s gender at the time of his birth. However, the wait is over.

The Bachelor Nation alum, 32, shared a new post on Tuesday, July 25, revealing the gender and name of her newborn.

She posted a lengthy message along with several pictures and videos of the new baby and expanding family.

Raven Gates wrote,

“We welcomed our 2nd son on my 32nd birthday – July 23, 2023 Max Asa Gottschalk weighed 8 pounds and 1 ounce, 20 inches long & was born at 8:10 a.m.,”

“My prayer for my sons have been that they have an unbreakable bond & each having their own separate God-given gifts to give to the world,” she continued. “If the last few days are any indication of what the future holds, then my prayers have already been answered (not pictured is Boaz getting his sniffs in!),”

Boaz is their household pet. Similarly, she concludes the statement by expressing gratitude towards those, referring to them as a family, who have sent prayers and well wishes for them.

Max has also an older brother named Gates Zev, who was born via an emergency C-section on January 18, 2022.

Why is it difficult for Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk to name their children?

On Monday, July 24, the new mom teased her baby’s name on her Instagram Story, writing,

“Adam and I are still debating names, We were so set on this particular name & then … We saw the baby & it just didn’t fit!!”

She then went on to acknowledge the two had stayed up late discussing which name they thought would work better. Raven added,

“It’s hard when you have the name set on something particular & it just doesn’t fit the baby!”

She subsequently concludes the statement by saying, “Not really a debate of the names between us — just making sure we’re going through all of the options”.

During their first child’s name, the couple had chosen randomly while on a date night. Gates tribute to Raven’s maiden name and Zev is a name of Hebrew origin that means Wolf.
