In 2009, Tameka Foster founded the charity organization, The Lost Ones Foundation which helps adolescent girls from the ages of 12-18 in at-risk environments.

In March 2013, she launched the 501c(3) nonprofit organization Kile’s World Foundation for children with the intention of comprehensive art education to children in the age group, 10‐17.

On August 18, 2014, she became a TV personality by joining the cast of VH1 spinoff ‘Atlanta Exes’ starring alongside Torrei Hart, Christina Johnson, Sheree Buchanan, and Monyetta Shaw.

In August of 2019, Tameka launched a 3-D animated series entitled, ‘The Odd Life of Kile Lyles’.
