The truth about Teresa Giudice’s cheating rumors!

It was recently reported by US Weekly that Television actor Teresa Giudice is cheating on her incarcerated husband Joe Giudice. They have accused her of infidelity. The tabloid has written:

“With her husband in prison, the New Jersey Housewife is rocked by rumors she’s in a hot romance with a hunky family friend. Could divorce be next?”

There is also a headline inside the issue which states:

“Teresa’s Revenge Romance?”

The tabloid has done a scandalous cover story but by asking questions rather than making statements, it has made it obvious that the tabloid itself is unsure of what it is saying.

In between, the article also alleges that Teresa has started a romance with a New Jersey businessman. The tabloid has claimed that their source of information is Teresa’s close pal turned enemy Kim DePaola. Kim DePaola has asserted:

“They’ve been pretty cozy I’m going to say in the last few months.”

She has told US Weekly:

“I heard that she’s seeing this guy and sexting him all the time,”

But Gossip Cop has found out that this story is false. Gossip Cop has pointed out that an adversary can never be taken as a trustworthy source. Besides, they have contacted the attorney of Teresa Giudice who too has refuted the rumors.

Gossip Cop has also found that Kim herself does not have first-hand knowledge of this so-called affair. She was supposedly told about it by a hairstylist and another informer.

There is no name or photo of the alleged paramour given in the article. As per the tabloid, Kim has said that she was sent a photo of the businessman. The tabloid goes on to add that after knowing about what her ex-friend was talking about and spreading about her, Teresa confronted Kim at an event, and at that time ‘Bravo’s cameras were rolling’.

Though this might serve as a storyline for the new season of ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’, it does in no way imply that Teresa is unfaithful. Teresa’s lawyer, James Leonard has said:

“The claims are 1,000 percent false, and manufactured by attention-seeking lowlifes who have no moral compass.”

He added that the reality star has vehemently denied these rumors and said that the only man in her life is Joe.

After Joe started his 41-months prison term in March 2016, OK! The magazine had claimed in June 2016 that Teresa had decided to dump Joe. But time has shown that that too was untrue.

The couple’s conviction

Teresa Giudice is married to Joe Giudice who was born in Italy and moved to New Jersey at the age of one with his parents. He is a construction builder and owns a restaurant in New Jersey. The couple has 4 daughters: Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana.

In October 2009, In October 2009, the couple filed for bankruptcy. Their furniture was to be auctioned on 22^nd August 2010. It was postponed initially and then canceled as the couple withdrew their bankruptcy petition. On 29^th July 2013, the couple was charged with mail fraud, wire fraud, bankruptcy, and bank fraud.

They had made false statements on their financial documents and applications. Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison which she completed. Later Joe was sentenced to 41 months followed by possible deportation to Italy. They also have to pay $ 414000.

Teresa’s loss

Teresa Giudice lost her dear mother, Antonia Gorga in March 2017 at the age of 66 years. Teresa remembered her mom in a series of posts on her Instagram account. She uploaded several photos of their great time together. She also appeared on Brandi Granville’s ‘Unfiltered’ podcast in the second week of June 2017 and opened up about her mother and her loss. Teresa Giudice said:

“I miss her so much, and it’s just the hardest thing. Life’s good, and life sucks. I needed my mom still. She was 66. She was too young.”

Likewise, she added:

“I remember seeing Vicki going through that. Like, when she lost her mom, and y’know, I was just like, ‘Oh my God that must’ve been so hard for her to go through that. And then, never in nine years did I ever, could imagine that I would be going through that.”

Teresa said that her mom had pneumonia and rheumatoid arthritis. She said:

“It attacks your immune system. She ended up going to rehab after that and trying to gain strength because she was in bed for a while. She was on a breathing tube. They trached her. But then she got better. They were trying to get her to walk again,”

Talking about her father who also got sick around the same time, Teresa said:

“Then out of nowhere, my father got sick. He got pneumonia because he was visiting her every day. If I could take anything, I wish this never happened to me. Like everything else that’s happened to me, I don’t even care. This is the hardest thing that I ever had to deal with in my life, because never… It’s like I still needed my mom. Like, we all need our mom, you know?”

Teresa informed me that her father is better now and stays with her and her 4 daughters. Teresa advised her fans:

“Don’t take your parents for granted. Always spend time with them, because you never know what’s gonna happen. And I have no regrets with my mom, because I was always with her, but still, it’s like I could’ve been hanging out with her now. And it’s like, and this is, like, when it had to happen.”

Talking about the restaurant: Gorga’s homemade pasta and pizza’ which she opened with her brother and sister-in-law (Joe and Melissa Gorga) in honor of her late mom, Teresa said:

“I mean, that’s my thing, my passion. I love cooking, and we wanted to keep the legacy of my mom going on, so, we opened up a restaurant together. So that’s great.”

Update on Teresa and her husband’s case

Joe Giudice resubmitted his “extension of time” paperwork, including a certificate of service, on 3rd September. Similarly, he is now considered to be in “compliance” with the court.
