After two years of married life with wife Chrishell, Hartley decided to separate due to incompatible differences.

The actor announced their separation on July 8, 2019.

However, the duo appeared together at the Emmy Awards on September 22, and the Veuve Clicquot Polo Match in Los Angeles in October. They also came to the Hollywood Reporter’s pre-Golden Globes party on November 14.

The duo walked down the aisle two years back, but initially, they met 6 years ago through Hartley’s ex Lindsay Hartley. At the time, Hartley and Stause were doing All My Children.

After a while, they met again when Stause joined Days Of Our Lives. That was the time when they got re-introduced to each other. They celebrated their second wedding anniversary not so long ago on October 28.

As per the anonymous source, the different plans for family and career became the reason behind the separation. Moreover, the source also added:

“Chrishell is really ready to just settle down and be a wife and stay-at-home mom and was hoping to start a family relatively soon. Justin wants that but also doesn’t think it has to happen in the near future and is at a point in his career where he wants to really be able to explore all the options that are coming his way.”

Furthermore, the source added:

“He’s reached a new level of fame thanks to the show and he doesn’t want to close many doors right now, and that’s not the path Chrishell is looking to take. She thought babies would happen soon after they got married, but it just hasn’t worked out.”

Hartley also denied the spousal support for Stause saying she had to pay her legal fees during the proceedings.

The actor has a fifteen-year-old daughter, Isabella, with his ex Lindsay Hartley with whom he shares custody.

Justin Harley stepped outdoors without the wedding ring

This Is Us star Harley announced that he has already filed the divorce file from his wife. He made his announcement more loud and clear stepping without his wedding ring.

Hartley was spotted while making a quick stop at the gas station dressed in all black whereas his finger was missing the wedding ring.

According to the sources, not only the fans but their friends also seemed shocked after the announcement of the divorce.

The source said:

“People close to Justin and Chrishell are completely shocked by Justin filing for divorce. The couple has always been incredible with no signs of things being on the rocks. Friends are speculating this was an impulse on Justin’s side due to something that happened, and are hopeful the couple can work things out.”

According to their mutual friends, they were completely fine with no rocks in their relationship. The actor is about to end his relationship with his wife whom he proposed to two years back after three years of dating.
