It is wonderful to know that the model went from frappuccinos and cigarettes to a healthy vegan lifestyle and meditation.

After nearly 2 decades of a massively successful career, Gisele has dedicated herself to philanthropic work. She is the goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme and her effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
In an interview, Gisele confessed that she only started prioritizing her health in her mid-20s and that she was not living a healthy life before that.

“I felt powerless. Your world becomes smaller and smaller, and you can’t breathe, which is the worst feeling I’ve ever had.”
It was only after she visited her specialist and doctors, that she realized the importance of a healthy lifestyle for ending her panic attacks.
How hard was giving up the unhealthy lifestyle for Gisele?
Bundchen who confessed to smoking 4 cigarettes for breakfast said that she quit her unhealthy lifestyle real quick.
She said:
“I had been smoking cigarettes, drinking a bottle of wine and three mocha frappucinos every day, and I gave up everything in one day,”
“I replaced bad habits with things that were supporting me and I realized that every day I was feeling better.”
The model started eating healthy; only a plant-based diet and practiced meditation every day. She said that meditation has helped her see life in a completely different way. She had extreme anxiety and the breathing exercises have simply centered her.
With a little extra effort every day, Gisele was finally able to give up everything toxic in her life. Now in her 40s, she is living her best life and is in a great state, physically and mentally.
She makes sure her family follows a healthy lifestyle too.
