Their marriage seems to have reached its end. American rapper, Cardi B has again put in her papers for divorce from her estranged husband, Offset. She has had enough of him and this seems to be a permanent separation this time.

Cardi B divorces her husband, Offset

American rapper, Cardi B, 31 has ultimately decided to make her separation from her estranged husband, Offset, 32 legal. Cardi’s rep gave the news to Page Six. The source said that this time, Cardi is not going to bow down and has firmly decided to legalize her separation from Offset. No more details were given but it is known that Cardi would seek primary custody of her children.

The rep told Page Six:

“They’ve grown apart. That’s what drove her to this decision more than anything else,”
“This is something she wants to do.”

So, it was not Offset’s recent cheating that led her to file the divorce papers. Cardi and Offset have grown apart over the years and hence the split. In the midst of all these sad happenings, Cardi has also posted on her Instagram that she is pregnant with her third baby with Offset!

Offset’s infidelity

Offset was recently spotted with a woman whom he had dated in the past. There was an unclear video doing the rounds on social media that showed Offset sitting on a table with Big PrettyRedz who was his girlfriend in the past. Offset has denied cheating. Big PrettyRedz who lost her husband, Kyng Rocky on 18 June 2024 also denied any wrongdoing. She wrote on her Instagram page:

“It’s completely crazy that I even have to do this! PLEASE! If not for me…PLEASE RESPECT MY LATE HUSBAND!”

The lady is seven months pregnant with the child of her deceased husband.

This is not the first time that the Migos rapper cheated on his wife. Offset has not been an unfaithful husband right from the start of their married life. In December 2023, hip hop star Blueface had alleged that Offset had slept with rapper Chrisean Rock. At that time, Cardi was angry and she had unfollowed Offset on his social media. She told her fans that she was single. However, the two again reunited during Christmas time.

There have been allegations from American TV host, Joe Budden that Cardi is faking her marital drama to publicize her upcoming album. Earlier, in 2018, Offset had cheated on his wife. But in April 2018, the two stated that they were expecting their first baby together. She again separated from him in 2020 end but came together again. They relationship after that has been on-off type.

Cardi is a bisexual. She has worked as a stripper in her young days. She and Offset began a relationship in early 2017. On 27 October the same year, the two got engaged. But reports also state that the two wed secretly in September 2017. On 10 July 2018, she gave birth to her daughter, Kulture. And their son, Wave arrived on 4 September 2021. On the fifth anniversary of their secret wedding, Cardi had said that soon they will have an official wedding.

Offset has been in multiple relationships in the past and he has three children from three different women. They are son Jordan Cephus who was born in 2009 to Justine Watson, son Kody Cephus who arrived in 2015 to Oriel Jamie and daughter Kalea Marie Cephus who was born to Shya L’Amour also in 2015.
