American writer, TV host and comedian, Bill Maher, 68 gave an interview on the podcast Hum and Her recently. He spoke at length about his relationships, dating, and on marriage.

Recently, American comedian and TV host, Bill Maher, 68 was spotted with the ex-girlfriend of Al Pacino, Noor Alfallah, 30. Both were leaving Chateau Marmont Hotel, Los Angeles together. It is not yet confirmed whether the two are dating. However, Noor has denied any such relationship.

Bill was on the podcast, The Skinny Confidential Him & Her. He was on its recent episode where he talked about his views on dating and marriage.

Bill said that he does not actively pursue dating someone.

He added that women find him attractive because he is unavailable most of the time. Also, Bill stated that most of his relationships turn out to be inappropriate on the age front. Bill said:

“I’m not looking. I’m good,”

He also told the hosts of the podcast, Lauryn Evarts Bosstick and Michael Bosstick:

“Nothing that I could have predicted when I was your age came to pass. Like I would never have imagined that at this age, anyone—and again, like I’ll say this just generally—my dating is not age-appropriate,”

Host Michael wanted to confirm that Bill feels younger than his age. To this, Bill stated:

“Not just perceived, they literally are.”

Moreover, Bill is least bothered about what others think about his way of lifestyle. He said:

“The people who are pissed off at that, f*** you. You do you, I do me. You do what works for you.”

Bill Maher’s views on marriage

Bill has been into multiple relationships but has never married. He does not want to make any commitments. According to Bill:

“I don’t believe in it. It’s not Hinduism, there’s no belief in it,”

And he added :

“It would ruin everything. I mean, I’m not going to. I love to talk about this subject, but it’s tough because I also don’t really ever want to divulge the details of my own personal life.”

Bill is happy in his singlehood. It works for him. He advised his fans to make their own choices and not marry to meet social expectations. He himself has no faith in the institution of marriage. However, some may have a happy marital life, he said.
