Chris Berman and his family opens about the death of his wife Kathy; His children says:they are ‘overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and sympathy’

Losing one of the members of the family is the most difficult phase in a person’s life. The death of the loved one probably breaks a person down. American sportscaster Chris Berman went through the Sam Lane after the death of his wife Kathy. For the first time, he opened up about the death of his wife.

Chris Berman opens up about the death of his Late wife Katherina Berman in a car accident

On May 10, ESPN broadcaster Chris Berman and his family spoke out following the death of his wife, Kathy, in a car accident last week. Berman Family gave the statement to ESPN saying:

“We are overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and sympathy from so many folks we know, and so many others we look forward to knowing. Kathy Berman had a huge heart, and this would have warmed hers beyond belief. It certainly warmed ours. All of us need to keep the family of Edward Bertulis in our thoughts and prayers as well.”

Kathy, wife of Chris met an accident in a two-vehicle crash around 2:15 p.m. local time. According to the local police confirmation, Berman’s car struck the rear of an SUV and veered off the road and overturned in a body of water. The driver of another vehicle  87-year-old Edward Bertulis also died. Bertulis’s vehicle struck a utility pole during the collision.

Followingly, The Buffalo Bills added:

“The Buffalo Bills are circling the wagons more than ever for Chris Berman and his family today.”

Russell Wilson tweeted in his official account saying:

“Truly sad to hear Mrs. Kathy Berman is no longer with us. Praying for you Chris as I know you always told me she was your rock.”

Moreover, another tweet of Tim Brando says:
