At the same time, he went through injury in a game against Arizona. As a result, he was ruled out from the entire season.

On February 21, 2015, while playing against Northeastern, Damion suffered a fractured right hand which ended his season at Drexel. However, he has an impressive figure, an average of 21.4 points per game during the season, ranking fourth in the nation and first in the CAA.

After that, Damion Lee made a move to Louisville Cardinals in his final season. Damion continued his form and by the midseason in December 2015, he was Louisville’s top point scorer.

He also entered the name on the 35-man midseason watch list for the Naismith Trophy on February 11, 2016.

Damion Lee, after being undrafted in the 2016 NBA draft, Damion joined Miami Heat. Later he was released from Boston Celtics on October 20 just playing two preseason games soon after signing on September 26, 2016.

Soon after release, he was able to make it on Maine Red Claws on October 31. Just after two months, he was ruled out from there because of his injury. Currently, he is a free agent and is playing for Golden State Warriors.

Being a free agent in recent times, he has had many career-defining moments and also achieved many awards. In the year 2012, he was CAA Rookie of the Year. Moreover, his team was First-team All-CAA in 2015. Back in 2016, the team received an award as Second-team All-ACC.
