EST Gee is an American-renowned rapper, singer, and songwriter. He rose to fame after featuring on Lil Baby’s 2021 single “Real as It Gets”.

EST was born on May 11, 1994, in Louisville, Kentucky. His full name is George Albert Stone III.

The name of his parents is George Stone (father) and Sheila Stone (mother). He hasn’t disclosed anything regarding his siblings in the media. In March 2020, his mother died due to leukemia and his brother died a week later in a shooting in Louisville.

Talking about his academic background, he attended St. Xavier High School from where he graduated in the year 2012.

On December 17, 2017, he released his debut song “Stains” as “Big Gee” which was uploaded on YouTube. He then continued to release consistently through YouTube. In 2019, he released his first mixtapes, EI Toro in June, and his second mixtapes, Die Bloody in August.

On March 6, 2020, EST Gee gained mainstream attention with his third mixtape Ion Feel Nun. Gee signed a deal with Yo Gotti’s Collective Music Gropu (CMG), Interscope Records, and Warlike in January 2021. He also featured on Lil Baby’s single Real as It Gets, which peaked at number 34 on Billboard Hot 100.

On July 21, 2021, he released his fifth mixtape, Bigger Than Life or Death featuring Future, Young Thug, Pooh Shiesty, Lil Durk, and so on. The album peaked at number 7 on the Billboard 200.

Rumors, Controversy

EST Gee was arrested for a drug trafficking case and was sentenced to four months of house arrest in 2016. In earlier 2021, he was again arrested after federal agents allegedly found guns in his vehicle at Rolling Loud Miami.

In September 2019, he was shot five times following a music video shoot, getting hit in the stomach four times and once on his left eye. After surgery, he has retained most vision in his eye.
