Gemma, on the other hand, is now engaged to her fiance Rami Hawash and planning a big wedding on a Greek island.

Previously, the couple had postponed their wedding plans so the troubled star can focus on his health. He was sent to rehab after a suspected drug overdose.

James went to rehab in the New Year to try and fix his alcohol and weight battle. Back in October, there were questions raised if the star had collapsed while alone in his home when he didn’t answer his phone to Gemma, and she was forced to call 999. Recently, James shared a post on his Instagram and wrote,

“I’m making progress, inside and out. One day at a time.”

Many people congratulated him on his weight loss and new look.
