She is best known for her role as lawyer Ann Kelsey on the NBC drama ‘L.A. Law’ from 1986 to 1994.

She also made her appearances in ‘Hide in Plain Sight’ in 1980, and ‘The Manhattan Project’ in 1986.

Eventually, cancer went into remission and she became committed to her new cause and co-produced a 1989 documentary for NBC called ‘Destined to Live’.

Since then, she has been inducted into the Cancer Survivor’s Hall of Fame.

Her other notable film roles include ‘Assault and Matrimony’ in 1987, ‘A Town Torn Apart’ in 1992, ‘Gone in a Heartbeat’ in 1996, ‘Numb3rs’ in 2003, ‘Body of Proof’ in 2011, etc.
