Kyle Newman and Jaime King have an ongoing divorce battle.
Kyle has filed for sole physical custody of their two children Leo James and James Knight.

On 4th November 2020, he requested full physical custody of their son having supervised visitation on alternating weekends and one night a week.

As per the court documents,

“I have been the children’s primary caretaker since their birth and the children have spent the large majority of 2020 in my sole custody.”

Similarly, Jaime’s representative said,

“Once again, Kyle’s lawyers have filed selectively redacted documents which perpetuate a false narrative about Jaime. Jaime’s utmost priority has been the well-being of her children and she will continue to pursue this privately for their sake.”

Jaime wished Kyle the best for his life as he is currently on the set of Ontario filming and released his cookbook Dungeons and Dragons.

Jaime is looking forward to having a harmonious co-parenting of the boys when everyone is back home in Los Angeles. The children are with Jaime at present as she is filming a movie in Puerto Rico.

Kyle claimed that Jaime would be subjected to drugs and alcohol testing failed an alcohol stipulation test in June, and then missed the next five scheduled retests that day.

He had requested the court in October to bring his children with him to Toronto, Canada. But the court blocked Newman’s request insisting she would be back on 23rd October to reunite with her kids.

Similarly, Kyle claimed that Jaime had assumed custody of her children after school on 27th October. But after three days Jaime’s attorney requested the court to allow her to travel with the children. The court approved her request as Kyle will be in Toronto filming.

At present, Jaime is with her sons enjoying spending time in Puerto Rico. She keeps sharing pictures of them enjoying time near the ocean.
