Miley Cyrus met Maxx Morando on a blind date

It’s an old-school romance for Miley Cyrus and Maxx Morando.

In a recent interview with British Vogue, Cyrus, 30, revealed that she first met her boyfriend in the classic old-fashioned way, that is a blind date.

The Flowers hitmaker told Vogue,

“We got put on a blind date,”
“Well, it was blind for me and not really for him,”

Cryus and Morando started dating a few summers ago as per the magazine. But this is the first time, she has spoken so publicly about their relationship.

Recalling their first meeting, Miley said, “I thought, ‘The worst that can happen is I leave,’”

When the 24-year-old musician called Cyrus in the middle of her interview, her ringtone “Tyrone” by Erykah Badu began playing.

Noting that she usually does not carry her phone, the Wrecking Ball songstress said, “I call that ‘boyfriend sexy ringtone,”

She added, “My boyfriend brings his phone and I don’t bring one,”

The pair hinted at their romance in November 2021 when the two got cozy at the Gucci Love Parade runway show. After that, the Liily drummer also appeared at Cyrus’s New Year’s Eve Party which she co-hosted with comedian Pete Davidson in Miami.
