Nakyung Park was born in Seoul, Korea. She moved to Vancouver, Canada with her family when she was a teenager. It was difficult for her to get used to the lifestyle of Vancouver but due to the beautiful nature around the city, she had quite fun.

Nakyung Park and Wesley Snipes got married on 17th March 2003. Their ceremony was held at a County Courthouse in Hackensack, New Jersey. They welcomed their first child son Akhenaten Kihwa-T Snipes in 2000.

They welcomed daughter Iset Jua-T Snipes on 31st July 2001. Their third child Alaafia Jehu-T Snipes was born on 26th May 2004.

Again Nakyung and Wesley welcomed a son Alimayu Moa-T Snipes on 26th March 2007. The couple has been living happily together for more than two decades.
