It seems former couple Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have bad blood!

The ex-couple do not speak directly to one another and need help while communicating about when they will get to see their two children, a son, and a daughter.

The exes are at war over custody of their five-year-old daughter, Daisy, and eight-year-old son Otis. Olivia was relieved when the judge stated California to be the home state of their two kids.

A source close to the couple said that the 38-year-old actress wants to do what’s best for the kids and also revealed some details about the custody.

The legal battle for the custody of their kids continues

After their split, the couple has been fighting a legal battle over the place their children will stay, between London, Los Angeles, and New York.

The Horrible Bosses actor filed the lawsuit against Wilde in NYC Family Court over their children in 2021. He requested that his children along with their mother lived with him in Brooklyn.

But Wilde wanted her kids to stay with her in Los Angeles and possibly to London in the future where her boyfriend Harry Styles lives.

She has also accused her ex of providing her custody papers in the most humiliating way possible.

The pair started dating in 2011 and welcomed their two babies Daisy and Otis before breaking up in 2020.

Now, after Jason’s refusal to give up on the custody of his kids, the legal battle will now have to be tried in California, so the whole thing will begin again.
