Phaedra Parks is dating radio DJ Tone Kapone!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Phaedra Parks is a happy soul again after her divorce from her husband Apollo Nida. The reason? No, it is not her singlehood but the new blossoming love that has given her this happiness. So who is the lucky man in her life?

Phaedra Parks has a new man in her life! She is now dating radio DJ Tone Kapone.
It was Tone Kapone who confirmed the news via his radio show. Tone, 38 who was hosting the live syndicated WGCI show said:
“Yes, me and Phaedra are dating. … That’s the big moment everybody was waiting for,”
The Shade Room posted his show video on 2 January 2019. He continued and informed his listeners:
“Yeah, it was kinda self-explanatory on her page. I just didn’t wanna repost it ‘cause it seemed like it would have been, like, super weird.’ Like, ‘Look at me.’ If you know anybody that knows me, I’m not that kinda guy.’”
The other indicators of this new romance
A source close to the couple told US Weekly:
“The couple is definitely dating and very happy.”
Earlier on 1 January 2019, Phaedra had also hinted when she uploaded the picture of herself with a new man. Phaedra, 45, and her man were standing quite close and Phaedra had written:
“2019 we are ready.”

Phaedra Parks and her previous relationship
Phaedra was earlier married to Apollo Nida. He is now behind bars and serving a sentence of 8 years for bank fraud and identity theft. Phaedra and Apollo, 40 divorced in October 2014 after five years of marriage.
The couple shares two children; sons Ayden, 8, and Dylan, 5. They settled in July 2017. She had talked later about this and said:
“Apollo and I started dating in high school and now I’m in my early 40s, so it was time to go. That’s almost a lifetime. Thank God it’s over, but thank God it happened because we have two beautiful kids.”
People accused her of not visiting her incarcerated husband in jail. In November 2017, Phaedra Parks had told US Weekly:
“I’m not dating anyone seriously. I’ve been on a few dates. I think I’m hot on the market,”
She had added:
“I’m looking for a lot of things. I love to be pampered, but also like to have a divorce conversation. I also love an attractive man.”
Looks like she has found her right man now!
She was interested in a sports agent whom she met via her Instagram. She told the US at that time:
“That was nice. Of course, everyone is moving so fast. Social media is the dating game.”
