Phil Heath is an American IFBB professional bodybuilder. He is extremely prominent as a six-time Mr. Olympia winner. Currently, he is Mr. Olympia too.

He is an IFBB Pro & 7-Time Mr. Olympia titleholder. He is known by the nickname The Gift.

He won Colorado Pro Championships and The New York Pro Championship in 2006.

During the year 2007, Phil was qualified to compete in the 2007 Mr. Olympia contest; however, decided not to take part that year stating he needs additional time to make a better form.

In 2008, he won the “Iron Man show.” He made his debut in Mr. Olympia in 2008 and placed in the third position.

In 2009, due to his stomach problem, he finished the competition taking fifth place. He took second place in 2010, Mr. Olympia, and finally became Mr. Olympia for 2011.

In 2014, he secured the title of Mr. Olympia by defeating Kai Greene and Dexter Jackson. He won his 6th Mr. Olympia in 2016. He has also appeared in several fitness and magazine articles.
