Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Charges Filed to Ricky Martin

Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin is in controversy while he is being arrested for domestic violence charges. His own nephew had filed a restraining order against him. But the lawyer Marty Singer has something else to say.

“Ricky Martin has, of course, never been — and would never be — involved in any kind of sexual or romantic relationship with his nephew.”

Ricky Martin’s attorney points out the mental health issues of the nephew of his accused client. He responded to the sexual allegations which might make the singer liable to face 50 years in prison for domestic violence charges filed.

“Unfortunately, the person who made this claim is struggling with deep mental health challenges. The idea is not only untrue, it is disgusting. We all hope that this man gets the help he so urgently needs. But, most of all, we look forward to this awful case being dismissed as soon as a judge gets to look at the facts.”

Meanwhile, Martin on his Twitter account has given a public tweet citing the allegations are false. The tweet reads,

“The protection order entered against me is based on completely false allegations, so I will respond through the judicial process with the facts and the dignity that characterise me.”

Incest claim charges filings for Puerto Rican singer

Pop superstar Ricky Martin is denying incest allegations in July 2022 charged by his 21-year-old nephew. In defense, his attorney to the press released the statement saying,

“The allegations against Ricky Martin that lead to a protection order are completely false and fabricated.We are very confident that when the true facts come out in this matter our client Ricky Martin will be fully vindicated.”

A complaint under Law 54, the Domestic Abuse Prevention and Intervention Act per the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law on incest is made against Martin. But what will the fate of the case hold and is the popstar really guilty?

After the restraining order was filed on July 2, the cops were after Martin while Eric Martin finally revealed the petitioner. It is Dennis Sanchez, 21, the son of Martin’s half-sister who charged incest filings against the singer.
