Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl Winning Coach Sean Mcvay And His Fiancee Veronika Khomyn ‘Proudly Stand With’ Ukraine Following Russian Invasion

Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl-winning coach Sean McVay attended the final award of the night at the 2022 Critics Choice Awards with fiancee Veronika Khomyn.
Mcvay, 36, and Khomyn, 32 have been engaged since 2019. The two presented the Critic’s Choice for Best Picture, and the nominees of Best Picture is Don’t Look UP, Dune, The Power of the Dog, CODA, King Richard, Nightmare Alley, and more.
Nevertheless, the Best Picture Award goes to The Power of the Dog at the 27th annual Critics Choice Awards on Sunday (March 13). The event was held at the Fairmont Century Plaza.

Sean McVay and Veronika Khomyn acknowledge the ongoing crisis in Ukraine
Before announcing the nominee, the couple takes a moment to talk about the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia.
The 36-year-old coach revealed his fiancee Veronika Khomyn belongs to Ukraine before ceding the mic to her. Veronika delivered a heartfelt message about her homeland.
She started with,
“I proudly stand with my fellow Ukrainians and I admire their strength. They have faced unimaginable adversity with such profound grace and bravery. Their fight and the way they have united the world is truly inspiring,”
She shared that she feels disappointed in the rest of the world and more than anything she feels guilt for not being able to be there with her family during this time.
She also acknowledges that many Ukrainian citizens were awoken by the emergency sirens, missile explosions, and military aircraft flying through.
Khomyn concluded her speech by thanking supporters and encouraging her followers to use their platforms to help Ukraine.

Besides her, more stars speak out at Critics Choice Awards including Crystal, Bakalova, and Michael Keaton. Keaton, who won the best actor for his work in “Dopesick” that night delivered a powerful speech on the ongoing war.
He said,
“I want to say thank you to fellow actor (Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy) and keep up the fight! There is only one way to change things environmentally, socially, and for some sort of racial justice and social justice, two words: Voting rights,”
