Richard’s claims

The couples were in a relationship for about seven years but his wife had moved out leaving their 5-year-old son, Dylan Williams the previous year.

Richard has complained in court that Lakeisha had cheated on her husband by transferring ownership of cars and houses.

He also put forward that his wife had left him for another person who has a bad history with criminal records, and felony charges pending.

He reported that they could impose a danger on their young child. According to the daily mail UK, Richard’s petition also includes that Lakeisha had been coming to the home late after midnight with no proper schedule.

It also includes that not only his house and car ownership papers were signed through forgery but also that she has taken $152,000 out imitating his handwriting.

If these petitions were not more than enough, he has also filed a lawsuit against his wife for the reclamation of West Palm Beach House.

Lakeisha’s Denial

Though Richard has been keeping these allegations in front of the judge in court, Lakeisha’s lawyer Sandy Becher has clearly denied the allegations.

He said:

We categorically deny each and all the allegations he has made in the petition, when the issues come before the court, they’ll be proven to be patently false.

No one has any idea of what is going to happen in the future as the result but it seems that Richard has been successful to get sympathy from the judges as the judge said,

The husband is concerned that the wife is addicted to alcohol.

As the lawyer of Lakeisha says, it might all be just false accusations to avoid paying child support and alimony.

Richard’s previous divorces

Richard has had two divorces in the past few days. His previous wives are Betty Johnson. Among the two, Serena and Venus’ mother, Oracene Price got divorced after filing for domestic violence.

Even though Oracene had suffered three broken ribs, Richard didn’t get any sorts of legal actions against him. Was the broken ribs just an accident or really did Richard had violated the woman?

Did Serena say anything regarding the divorce?

Serena Williams, who is now pregnant with her first baby was called up by Daily Mail to know more about the case but it was found out that Serena couldn’t get to the line and her assistant, who picked up the phone promised to talk to Serena about the topic.

Not only Serena is not on the line, but Richard also has not been in contact with the media and neither have his lawyers as he is reported to be overseas.
