During season 9 episode 2 of Chrisley Knows Best it is well-known that Todd and Julie were sleeping in separate bedrooms. Todd’s estranged daughter Lindsie Chrisley is filing for divorce from her husband Will Campbell. Their son chase said,

“They were sleeping in separate bedrooms. I was like, ‘What the heck is going on? … Is something going to happen?'”

But his parents came up with a solution to their problem. Chase said,

They were charged with a 12-count indictment that included conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud conspiracy, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and tax evasion. Todd shared,

“I’ve never talked about this publicly before, but there’s been a cloud hanging over Julie and me and our entire family for the past seven years. It all started back in 2012, when we discovered that a trusted employee of ours had been stealing from us big time.”
