Pennsylvania State Police are presently in search of Bam Margera
Bam Margera is apparently being sought by the Pennsylvania State Police after going missing following the issuance of an arrest warrant for him.
On Monday, April 24, a warrant was issued for his arrest. According to a press release, the former skateboard pro, 43, “was involved in a physical confrontation” over the weekend.
Police said in a statement that they received a call from a Chester Countryt residence at 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 23 regarding a reported disturbance.
The former Jackass star allegedly got into a fight with his brother, Jesse Margera, in which he allegedly punched him in the head, causing minor wounds. He had threatened his father Phillip Margera Jr. as well.
Similarly, Jess appeared to confirm the confrontation on social media as he tweeted from a verified account on Monday. He shared a screenshot of an Instagram conversation in which he claimed Bam “threw some punches at me, which I blocked.”

Bam Margera involved in a number of legal disputes in recent months
Bam was reportedly arrested twice in March 2023, first in San Diego for allegedly kicking an unnamed woman, and secondly in Burbank for public intoxication.
His wife, Nicole Margera, had filed for legal separation a month before, following an incident involving his recent visitation with his 5-year-old son, Phoenix.
The date of their separation is listed as September 14, 2021, in the paperwork, which was filed on Valentine’s Day in Los Angeles Superior Court and examined by The Times.
Bam can have parental visits as long as he and the 5-year-old remain in L.A. County, but Nicole is requesting physical and legal custody of her son this time.
Additionally, the separation petition requests that Bam pay Nicole’s legal fees and that spousal support be terminated.
According to TMZ’s exclusive report, Nicole saw Bam spending time with their son while she thought he was under the influence, which prompted her to file the lawsuit.
Nicole alleged that her estranged husband, who claimed to be sober, was behaving improperly.
