S Club Juniors was created in 2001 as a result of the reality television show S Club Search, which broadcast on the children’s television channel CBBC. By the time the group concluded touring with S Club 7, they had amassed a sizable fan base, and with the help of 19, Polydor Records signed them.

They released their first single, “One Step Closer,” in April 2002. The band’s debut studio album “Automatic High” second single was released. The band began production on their debut studio album with Cathy Dennis, Carole King, Gerry Goffin, Tracy Ackerman, Hannah Robinson, and Mikkel S. Eriksen in June 2002. “New Direction,” the album’s third single, reached number two in the United Kingdom.

On October 21, 2002, The Juniors released their debut album Together. In December 2002, a fourth single, “Puppy Love/Sleigh Ride,” was released and appeared on the soundtrack of the film Love Actually. S Club United: The Tour, the group’s first headlining concert tour, was announced. On tour, the band added two new songs to their setlist: “Fool No More” and “Sundown.”

The third and last song, “Don’t Tell Me You’re Sorry,” charted at number 11. They utilized their actual identities to play the characters in the show Simon Fuller. During this time, the band composed the music for the television program Welcome to Avalon Heights and announced their breakup in 2005.

Career in The Saturdays

Frankie Bridge has been a member of the girl group The Saturdays since 2007.  She performed admirably in her audition for the band, earning a spot with Vanessa White, Mollie King, Una Healy, and old S Club 8 colleague Rochelle Humes.

In July 2008, the female group released their first song “If This Is Love.” The group’s debut studio album Chasing Lights was released in late October 2008.  band’s third single from the album “Issues” was also certified silver. Later that year, they relocated from London to Los Angeles in the hopes of breaking into America. In March 2013, the band released “What About Us,” their first number-one hit and the year’s best-selling single. “Gentleman” and “Disco Love” were released later in the year.

In April 2014, the radio mix “Not Giving Up” was released. The band went on sabbatical in 2014, after which they issued a greatest hits CD, Finest Selection: The Greatest Hits.
