Gerard Pique, 36, gives a sneak peek at his romance with his new girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti, following his split with his ex-girlfriend Shakira.

The former pro soccer player shared a sweet selfie of himself cozying up to his new beau on Instagram over the weekend. This is the second Instagram post of them as a couple since they went public with their romance in January.

In the golden hour snap, Pique can be seen shirtless whereas Chia Marti wore a black T-shirt as she sat on his lap. The lovebirds sweetly gazed at the camera while posing cheek to cheek.

He then simply captioned the post with an orange heart emoji.

However, Shakira’s fans were quick to attack him following his romantic post with Clara. One fan commented,

“Who is [this]? Ahh Shakira’s ex?,”

While another added,

Similarly, one user slammed, writing,

The new post comes almost three months after the pair made things official on Instagram back in January.

The soccer player went public with his new romance just seven months after he and the Waka Waka singer, 46, announced their breakup in June 2022 after 11 years of togetherness.

The former couple together shared two sons as well Milan, 10, and Sasha, 8.

Shakira, on the other hand, is still single. In earlier May, it is rumored that Tom Cruise has an eye on her following their hanging out together at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami.

Similarly, the musician recently enjoyed a girls’ night out with new single Gisele Bundchen alongside their children in Miami.
