The only child of the late Kurt Cobain ran errands on Tuesday proudly showing off her wedding ring for the first time since marrying her beau, Tony Hawk‘s son Riley Hawk on October 7.

The duo tied the knot in Los Angeles. They reportedly obtained a marriage license in San Diego the months before they tied the knot.

Frances’ godfather, R.E.M. frontman, Michael Stipe, allegedly officiated the ceremony.

Frances rocked a plain gold wedding ring on her left ring as she stepped out near her and Riley’s Oceanside, California, residence.

The 31-year-old model looked laid back yet chic while wearing the loose-fitting black pants and a beige crop top paired with a black knitted cardigan and open-toed pumps.

She tucked her ombre hair behind her ears.

Riley, 30, for his part, flashed his wedding ring as he lifted furniture out of a moving truck near his home. He looked happy in a pair of black cargo pants, a beige T-shirt, and a black baseball cap.

Fans suspected that the furniture is for the couple’s new home which they could be moving as Frances recently sold her San Diego home for $2.4 million.

Cobain and Hawk’s short relationship timeline

Frances and Riley started dating in 2021 but only made their romance official via a February post-2022 on Instagram.

Riley shared several snaps from the previous year after she took a long social media break.

One pic showed the famous daughter cuddling up to her pro skateboarder beau on a boat.

Frances captioned the post,

“2021 brought me more into the present moment than I’ve ever been, which I’m deeply grateful for,”

“I wanted to share a few moments that were captured / created this past year that brought me a great amount of joy.”

This is not Frances’s first marriage. She was previously married to musician Isaiah Silva between 2014 and 2017.

She filed for divorce in March 2016. Silva then entered a bitter court battle over the guitar Kurt played on MTV Unplugged.

In May 2018, a judge announced that the 1959 Martin D-18E guitar would belong to Silva who later auctioned it for $6.01 million.
