Arrest of Lynne’s daughter Alexa Curtin

Lynne’s daughter Alexa Curtin was arrested on July 21, 2019, and was taken to Central Women’s Jail. After that, her bail was set at $65,000. She had court dates of 2nd August.

Likewise, the reason for Alexa’s arrest was due to two misdemeanor drug charges. She was arrested in January and taken to jail. She faced several other misdemeanor drugs, vandalism, petty theft charges, as well as driving under the influence of a drug charge over the past few years.

Similarly, Alexa also has multiple warrants out for her arrest after missing court dates in 2018 and 2019. Alexa was married to Michael DeVecchio.

But they divorced six years after their marriage. On 16th November 2019, their divorce date was set.

Alexa appeared on her mother’s show The Real Housewives of Orange Country with her mother in seasons 4 and 5.

Lynne and her husband Frank do not have a good married history. She has filed for divorce from her husband two times. Previously, she filed for divorce in 2012 and the second time in April 2019 after nearly 30 years of marriage.

Even though they filed for divorce in 2012, none of them took action on the divorce for five years, so a judge dismissed it in late 2017. They were still married until she again filed for divorce in 2019.

But their divorce did not seem to be final as she said,

“I gave him the papers, and then nothing happened.”

She added,

“Never in a million years would I ever think that I was gonna be divorced, so it’s strange. I mean, I could talk to him on the phone and have a brief conversation,”

Likewise, she claimed that the two speak on occasion. They don’t have a fight with each other but it is awkward for them both. Frank is a businessman whose business was not going well when they were married.

When Lynne was in the show, they decided to take action to enhance their economy. They downsized from their Capistrano Beach home to a smaller rental in Laguna Beach.
