Macaulay Culkin receives the Hollywood Walk of Fame

Macaulay Culkin brought his family during his Friday acceptance at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The Home Alone star, 42, shared some rare and cute moments with his fiancee Brenda Song, and their two little sons, Dakota, 2, and another baby boy who was born earlier this year.

The proud parents were trying to juggle to stay in one spot with their kids during the ceremony.

At one point, Culkin was snapped planting a sweet kiss on his infant son, who looked super cute in a grey knit vest and had a pacifier in his mouth. The couple’s older son looked cool in a mohawk.

During his acceptance speech, the former child star shouted out to his fiancee and their sons, thanking them for their support.

He said,

“I’d like to thank Brenda. You’re absolutely everything,”

Culkin continued,

“You’re the best person I’ve ever known,”
“And after the birth of our two boys, you’ve become one of my three favorite people.”

This was Culkin’s first public appearance with Brenda and their two sons.

The actor had some special attendees in the audience like his onscreen mom in the Home Alone series, Catherine O’Hara who gave a wonderful speech, and also Culkin’s Party Monster co-star Natasha Lyonne.

Macaulay and Brenda’s journey to parenthood

Culkin and Song started dating in 2017 after meeting on the set of Changeland in Thailand.

The lovebirds welcomed their first child on April 5, 2021. In March 2023, his brother, Kieran Culkin confirmed the birth of the couple’s s second baby.

Song revealed how she and her fiance were hands-on parents in a candid interview with The Cut in 2022.

She said,

“My fiancé and I are very hands-on. We don’t have a nanny, but my mom has been here with us since my son was born,”
“I think when you and your partner have kids, especially the first few months, you don’t have the patience to be polite with each other,”

Song added,

“Being communicative when you need help is so important. Instead of having set duties, we just feel each other out. I’ll be putting my son down and my partner is like, ‘Let me feed the animals and get dinner ready.”
