Michelle Branch and husband Patrick Carney’s 2nd baby! Mother of 3 now
- Michelle Branch welcomed their second daughter on Feb 2, 2022, Wednesday.
- The daughter is named Willie Jacquet Carney.
- It’s their 3rd baby, previously the couple had a miscarriage in 2020.
Michelle Branch and Patrick Carney welcomed a baby girl in February named Willie Jacquet Carney. Their baby weighed 7 lbs., 5oz. and was 18.5 inches long right after the birth.
It’s the second child of the couple together. We would like to express our warm congratulations to the pair who are now blessed with another angel.
E! News reported on Thursday, February 3, that the couple gave birth to an angel one day prior in Nashville, Tennessee. The little one is named Willie Jacquet Carney, after Patrick’s grandmother Willie Madge and her mother’s middle name,
“We are thrilled to announce the birth of a healthy baby girl. She’s named after Patrick’s long grandmother, Willie Madge Slate, and her middle name, Jacquet, is Michelle’s mother Peggy’s maiden name.”
Previously, they had a son together Rhys James Carney, born in August 2018. He is 3 years as of today and the couple has been nurturing him pretty well.
Michelle Branch – Baby Bump at Halloween
The singer has been sharing pictures of her baby bump on social media and seemed quite excited to welcome their baby for a while. She even clicked a picture and shared her belly on Halloween, wearing a Virgin Mary costume.
Regarding her excitement and previous miscarriage she said,
“Just when we were rounding third and heading home (A baseball metaphor?! I know.) 2020 was like, ‘nah, I ain’t done yet.’ December decided to really finish us off with a bang! No, literally. A bomb went off in downtown Nashville yesterday. And to further twist a dagger in my heart, I experienced my first miscarriage (ugh! Motherf**ker!).”
Family of Five
The couple now officially, has a family of five, her three kids and her husband. The family before the childbirth has shared an Instagram post with pictures of their outing on Thanksgiving day captioned,
“Feeling grateful for my family, my soon to be three kids (!!!), my friends, our health, and this gorgeous sunny day spent outside thanks to my incredible husband Patrick who slaved away in the kitchen all day and honest to God, made the best Thanksgiving dinner I think I’ve ever had.”
Michelle Branch 1st Child- Daughter Owen Isabelle Landau
Michelle Branch, 38, the first daughter is Owen Isabelle Landau(born Aug 3, 2005). The father of the daughter is bass guitarist Teddy Landau whom she was married from 2004 to 2014.
Despite the divorce, as a father and mother, they connect once in a while. After their split, the daughter is living along with her foster father Patrick Carney. Owen is now 16 years old.
