Is Mike Shouhed innocent as claimed by his lawyer?

Mike Shouhed was arrested on March 27, after police received a complaint from an unidentified person. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, West Valley officers received a call around 10 p.m. The victim is believed to have visible injuries.

A description of the alleged victim has not been provided. As per the sheriff’s department, the act is described as a felony.

The reality star was released after paying a $50,000 bond. His next hearing in court is on July 25.

Alex Kessel, Mike‘s lawyer, denies all the allegations against him.

Shouhed was previously married to a nurse and influencer called Jessica Parido. But their marriage ended shortly after he admitted to cheating on his wife.

Mike announced his engagement to his fiance, in August 2021, with a cheating-sexting scandal afterward.

The real estate developer denied the accusations at first but admitted guilty later after some months.

“We were going through COVID, being on lockdown, and I let the anxiousness of going through that and just being bored allow me to do things I shouldn’t have done.”
“Looking back, I feel really stupid for allowing myself to engage in that conversation, even though those text messages were for a few hours and one day that those messages happened, reliving it now feels like … like it was going on for a long period of time.”

After the controversy, the couple were back on track and often posted about each other on Instagram.

Mike got into legal trouble when his co-star of the TV series, Reza accused him of selling Reza face T-shirts without permission. The case was later settled.
