She died due to a skiing accident in Quebec, Canada which hit her head, and suffering from an epidural hematoma. She died at the age of 46.

She was a member of the Redgrave family and was only the child of director and producer Tony Richardson and actress Vanessa Redgrave.

She was also the granddaughter of Michael Redgrave and Rachel Kempson.

She was also the sister of Joely Richardson, half-sister of Carlo Gabriel Nero and Katharine Grimond Hess, niece of actress Lynn Redgrave and actor Corin Redgrave, as well as a cousin of Jemma Redgrave.

She had attended the Lycée Français Charles in South Kensington, London, and St. Paul’s Girls’ School in Hammersmith, London.

Then later in 1986, she started in the film Gothic and in A Month in the Country the next year.

Next year she was seen as Violet Hunter in The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, in the episode entitled “The Copper Beeches”.

Likewise, she starred with Judi Dench, Michael Gambon, and Kenneth Branagh in 1987, portrayed Zelda Fitzgerald in 1993, starred in Haven in 2001 on CBS, and in The Mastersons of Manhattan in 2007 on NBC.
