Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile were married in a beautiful ceremony for the second time.
They first had a secret courthouse marriage on October 27, 2022, in New York.
They’ve been planning to host a grand wedding since their courthouse ceremony.

Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile recently hosted a lavish wedding celebration. The couple recently exchanged vows at The Cedar Room in Charleston, South Carolina, nearly a year after their court marriage.

Ahead of the wedding ceremony, Amabile gushed about the wedding to PEOPLE,

“This time around it feels like the start of an exciting new chapter and we are looking forward to continuing doing life together,”

She continued by explaining their decision to have their wedding in Charleston as opposed to their home cities of Chicago or Toronto. The Canadian native said,

“We wanted to pick a fun weekend getaway city that was accessible to most of our family and friends and had a venue we loved! Charleston is so beautiful and the minute we visited the city and The Cedar Room we could instantly envision our wedding there.”
“We have no prior ties to Charleston but are so excited to create special memories there!”

The lavish wedding festivities came almost a year after their secret wedding in a New York City courthouse on October 27, 2022.

Wedding attires

The bride, 25, walked down the aisle in a sleeveless white Robert Bullock gown which she describes as “simple and elegant”.

Serena Pitt changed into a “chin and glamorous” midnight outfit by Eisen Stein for the reception night. Meanwhile, Amabile looked dapper in his Todd Snyder tux.

She chose to carry her hair in soft with lovely waves for the wedding before switching to a romantic style with Aveda Air Control hairspray for the reception.

Her hair and makeup were done by Kristen Koskella and Contour Fossa.

Their wedding was officiated by celebrity mixologist and Bachelor in Paradise bartender Wells Adams.

Similarly, there were 134 guests in attendance during the ceremony including Nick Viall, Natalie Joy, Tia Booth, Abigail Heringer, Noah Erb, Mariela “Mari” Pepin, Kenny Braasch, and more.

Christine Janda Design & Events planned their wedding. They decorated the venue in lush greens and other earthy tones, which were Pitt’s favorite colors, Joe said.

“Serena Loves neutral colors so that inspired our color scheme for the wedding and floral,”

Following the wedding, the newlywed couple is all set to jet off to Italy (Lake Como, Florence, and Tuscany) for their honeymoon. Pitt revealed,

“Joe booked our entire Honeymoon, down to the dinner reservations! It’s going to be unbelievably romantic. And the perfect fit for us as major pasta lovers.”
