YouTuber Shane Dawson announced his wedding to Ryland Adams, ‘The best day of my life’

Shane documented their momentous day on his YouTube channel

The YouTube star, 34, makes a 23-minute vlog titled, ‘We’re Married!!!!‘ as a remembrance of their special day.

When they arrived at the courthouse, the pair documented the entire experience, including reading their marriage vows aloud and sharing their first official kiss as spouses.

The gay couple is all set to have a wedding ceremony anytime soon

In a video, they also shared some details about their wedding, which will be held more formally in Los Angeles the following month. Adams began,

“We really started planning our wedding for a specific day. We started telling our family to book the day. We had the day planned out and the event planned out for what we thought was going to be our wedding.”

The couple got their marriage license on January, 3, in Colorado. Additionally, Dawson then went on to say,

“I thought it was like, you know, we just go to the courthouse, do the paperwork, not really tell anybody and then have the wedding in a month or two in L.A. — and then I found out, no, it’s a real wedding. We have to do vows.”

Instead of wedding bands, Shane and Ryland thought about getting finger tattoos to mark the occasion. However, they changed their minds after learning that the tattoos would eventually fade.

The internet sensation also shared a video of the couple breaking the news to their family. Ryland then concluded the vlog by reading a note he wrote in 2015. The note reads,

“One aspect I’m missing in my life is love. I want someone to share my successes with, to be there and someone to experience the world with,”

“I intend to work hard. I intend to find love. I intend to be in a healthy relationship. I intend to do what I know is right for me and choose happy.”

The couple intends to start a family after their wedding

Adams mentioned that they were extending their family member. He stated that they hope to have children this year. The soon-to-be groom said,

“It’s about time that the two of us get married!”
