It was singer Diana Ross‘ 75th birthday! She celebrated it with style but has been having a hoard of celebrations in its name this year!

Since the start of this year when Diana Ross would be turning 75 years of age, the famous singer has been having a great number of parties.

In February, she launched her Las Vegas Residency at Wynn resort’s Encore Theater which was a nine-show engagement and included Diamond Diana.

Later, at the Grammys Diana had a showstopping performance and the sponsors also gave her a Lifetime Achievement Award for her contribution to music. A new documentary showcasing her life was also created and was simultaneously screened at several theaters on her birthday 26 March 2019.

The Mayor of Los Angeles has also designated 26 March to be labeled as Diana Ross Day as an honor to the lady who gave such sweet music for the ears. This was followed by a spectacular party on the day of her birthday with Beyonce singing her the happy birthday song.

The venue for the party was Warwick Nightclub in Los Angeles. Every inch of the place was covered with flowers which were decorated by the celebrated Mark’s Garden. Small pink blooms were hanging from the ceiling. Pink and white roses were on the tables. Besides the flowers, huge white balloons completed the decor.

The guest list was long and included her children Tracee Ellis Ross and Evan Ross (accompanied by wife Ashlee Simpson), Motown founder Berry Gordy, Beyoncé, Kris Jenner, and Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Chris Rock, DJ Khaled, and many others. DJ Cassidy was in-charge of the music.

The gang then shifted to the Hollywood Palladium for the concert. Diana entertained the star-studded crowd with her popular numbers. There was also a few dance performances with the music by the young stars such as Combs and his three young daughters, Stevie Wonder, and Robin Thicke.

Mother Diana Ross and her daughter Tracee Ellis Ross wore matching outfits. Tracee wore a bright orange feathered coat which was from Marc Jacobs’s Fall 2019 Collection.

She wore a matching sherbet-colored Versace dress. She was paying homage to her mother by doing so but Tracee added her twist to the outfit by having ombre Christian Louboutin pumps with a sleek bowl cut.

Diana changed her dress five times for the evening. At the end of the night, she was in her own brightly colored marabou. She had a pastel pink feather bolero which she put over a black gown and with it, she exited the party.
