Song Joong Ki has been rumored to be dating a British woman for the past few days. The woman is identified as former British actress Katy Louise Saunders.

The news first broke on December 26 that the actor is secretly dating someone, however, the same day later his agency, High Zium Studio, confirmed that relationship in a statement. The agency wrote,

“Actor Song Joong Ki is currently seeing a woman with positive feelings. We hope that you will look warmly upon their relationship.”

Adding to that the agency went on to say,

“We ask for your understanding in regards to the fact that we cannot confirm any information aside from the fact that they are dating, and we would be grateful if you refrained from publishing any speculative or unconfirmed reports.”

The South Korean superstar, 37, and Katy Louise have since been spotted together several times. Katy has accompanied Joong ki during his overseas schedules in Singapore. On December 7, she also attended the press conference of her boyfriend’s latest K-Drama, Reborn Rich.

The couple also caught up together at Incheon International Airport. A couple of videos of the two went viral over the internet while one video featured Song being the protective beau and shielding his lady love from the paparazzi.

Another clip shows Song gesturing to fans to refrain from recording his videos with his girlfriend.

Well, the wedding was reportedly speculated to be of Katy’s friend or cousin. The photos from the wedding have been currently spreading all over social media.

In one of the photos from the wedding, the actor appears to dress formally while in the second wedding Joong Ki opted for a casual dress.

This is the first relationship Song Joong Ki came publicly after his divorce from his ex-wife as well as costar Song Hye Kyo in June 2019.

Song Joong ki is a South Korean actor. He is best known for his roles in the historical drama Sungkyunkwan Scandal (2010) and the variety show Running Man. He is also famous for the portrayal of Kang Maru in the 2012 South Korean television series, The Innocent Man.

His lead role in the pan-Asia hit drama 9(2016) made him a top Hallyu star. Forbes Korea Power Celebrity listed him 2nd on their list of 2017.
