How Amber Portwood found out about cheating?

American reality TV personality Amber Portwood was seen on the 19^th June 2017 episode of MTV’s Teen Mom: OG’ receiving the news that Matt Baier may have cheated on this teen mother 1 year ago. It portrayed her reactions and how she handles this new problem in her life.

Amber Portwood is seen telling a producer on camera:

“There’s, like, fake f–king text messages, supposedly. They do look fake but I’m just sick and tired of this.”

She continued angrily:

“I just told him in the car that we need to have a break because this is getting too much. It just keeps making me doubt everything. I need to figure out what’s going on with all this s–t.”

The last 2 months have been tough for this couple. It seems that they have now been registered with ‘Marriage Boot Camp’ for counseling sessions to save their relationship.

There have been rumors over the last 2 weeks that Amber Portwood would end her relationship with Matt. Amber Portwood told E!Online News:

“We’re working things out. We’re working on our issues. That’s all that needs to be said.”

The two are still staying in the same house together. The house has been registered in the names of both of them.

In a preview of the upcoming episode, Amber is seen confronting Matt about the rumors and crying.

Wedding on hold!

It had come to light in May 2017 that the couple’s scheduled fall wedding has been put on hold. An insider had told E! News:

“For the time being, Matt and Amber’s engagement is on hold. They are working on their relationship. A lot has come out through the course of filming and from various online stories. That has added extra pressure and made things difficult.”

Why is Amber upset with Matt?

Amber Portwood has multiple reasons to call it quits with her fiancé Matt Baier. She disclosed the ‘last straw on the camel’s back’ which led her to decide to split with Matt.

In a recent Instagram video on 12^th June 2017, Amber revealed that she did it after she heard some comments Matt had made to the producers behind-the-scenes.

Amber said in the video:

“It shocked me how he said those things behind my back and I didn’t know. He’s such a good person to me sometimes, but when I saw what he was saying behind my back it shocked me and opened my eyes.”

Amber’s brother had advised her to not marry Matt in view of his multiple vices and infidelity. She had also come to know that Matt had failed the lie detector test about cheating on her.

So she told Matt that she would not marry her when she was with him on a getaway to Las Vegas.

Matt then told a producer:

“I will not marry her. I will not marry her now, ever! I’m not gonna let her brother dictate my life. That f*****g f****t. She wants to marry her brother. That’s who she wants to marry. F**k her. She just humiliated me on TV. I’m done.”

He continued:

“I will fake this the rest of the day. But I am done with her f*****g psycho a**.”

He went on to talk about more bad things about Amber. On hearing about this, Amber, of course, was taken back.

Domestic violence

Amber had revealed that she is seeking marriage counseling to try to see if things can normalize. On 14^th June 2017, she posted an Instagram post showing a wound on her knuckle that was the result of her throwing a punch. She captioned it as: ‘Battle wounds’.

People and her fans thought initially that she had landed a punch on Matt. Amber decided to respond to address these speculations.

She said:

“I’ve done MMA for years? I had a session today? Why are people so hateful and weird?? Send love not hate,”

Fans recollect that Amber used to have intense and serious fights with her ex-fiance, Gary Shirley, as well. Gary also happens to be the father of her eight-year-old daughter Leah.

Justifying those days, Amber said that she used to be consuming drugs during those days. However, she admitted that she was not only an aggressor of domestic violence but also was a victim of it.

She had said in a post:

“I’ve been through domestic violence, I was the one on the other end with the domestic violence — it went both ways. However, I never opened up my mother f–king mouth about anybody ever f–king hitting me — because that’s what a real woman does.”
