The actress indirectly confirmed that she and her husband have now welcomed their fourth child together.

It happened on Lively’s Instagram when she shared a photo of herself, her husband, and her mother-in-law, Tammy Reynolds, enjoying family time at home. Blake did not have her baby bump in the picture.

She captioned the family photo,
