Tiffany Coyne, the birth name Tiffany Lynn Adams was born on May 6, 1982, in Layton, Utah. Her ethnicity is mixed (Hungary and German) and her nationality is American.

She grew up with her two sisters, five step-sisters, and two step-brothers. Her mother worked in a construction company where she did a building job.

Tiffany had an interest in dancing since a very small age. She took dance classes in jazz, hip-hop, and ballet when she was only three years old.
