Keith Allen is a Welsh actor and TV presenter and her mother Alison Owen is an English film producer. Keith married Nira Park after their divorce from Alison.

Her mother was previously married to Andy Lavender before marrying her father. After their divorce from her father, she married Aaron Batterham.

Similarly, she has a younger brother Alfie Allen and a sister Rebecca. Also, she has an elder sister Sarah. Her brother Alfie is an English actor for plays Theon Greyjoy in Game of Thrones.

Recently in December 2019, she was rumored to be engaged to David Harbour. Lily was spotted seen wearing a ring on her finger.

They were linked with each other in August as they attended a play together. They were also seen sharing a kiss in NYC.

Diagnosed with bipolar disorder

After her first miscarriage, she spent three weeks in a psychiatric clinic due to depression. Due to viral infection, she had a stillbirth on second pregnancy. After that, she was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder.

Allen was stalked by a stalker Alex Gray who used to send some disturbing and frightening emails. Police did not help her and finally, in April 2016, Alex was convicted of burglary and harassment.

After the incident, Allen isolated herself and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in February 2017.
