Princess Catherine returns to the BAFTAs with Prince William
Princess Catherine never disappoints with her fashion choices.
The Princess, 41, and her husband Prince William, also 40, appeared at the BAFTAs and made their much-awaited return to the British awards show’s red carpet for the first time in two years.
The Princess of Wales looked divine in a white gown on the show’s red carpet as she lovingly tapped her prince which was shown in a video shared by Vogue’s Instagram account.
The princess who is known for recycling her designer dresses wore an off-shoulder Alexander McQueen gown for the event.
She kept her makeup minimal during the date night with Prince William, who is the president of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts.
The white dress that the princess wore previously had a cinching at the waist and one-shouldered cape detailing.
The Princess of Wales proved that one does not need to have expensive items to look fashionable.
She accessorized her look with a pair of $27 Zara earrings and black opera gloves.
The future Queen of England also carried a tiny black purse and wore her beautiful brunette hair down her back.

Royal fans loved the Princess’s simple yet glamorous look at one of the biggest awards in Britain.

The Royals could not attend last year’s BAFTAs due to their hectic schedules. A year before that the Prince was to make a speech at the virtual event due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, he had to back out due to his grandfather Prince Philip‘s death.
Catherine’s last BAFTA outfit in 2020 was an Alexander McQueen white-and-gold dress. She had previously worn the dress on a visit to Malaysia eight years before that.
Alexander McQueen is one of the Princess’s favorite designers with her even trusted Queen with her wedding dress. She has made four out of five BAFTA appearances in the designer’s dress since 2017.
The event was a star-studded show with A-listers like Austin Butler, Viola Davis, Cate Blanchett, and Jamie Lee Curtis in attendance along with the Royal couple.
The show also honored the late Queen Elizabeth in a tribute led by Helen Mirren.
Mirren won both a BAFTA and an Oscar for playing the late Monarch’s character in the 2006 hit film The Queen.
