In the beginning, Rebecca came to fame as a model in 1991. She has appeared on the cover of several magazines, including Sports Illustrated as well as in advertising campaigns. As a model, she has walked the ramp for Giorgio Armani, Sonia Rykiel, and Anna Molinari.

Then she appeared in movies and television series which helped her known to the world for her outstanding acting skills. She showed her acting skills in the X-Men film series as well as in Ugly Betty.

She is currently engaged as the host in the ‘Skin Wars’ and in ‘The Librarians’ portraying her character as Eve Baird.

To today’s date, Rebecca Romijn married twice in her lifetime. Previously, she married actor John Stamos on 19 September 1998 at Beverly Hills Hotel.

They first met at Victoria’s Secret fashion show where she was modeling and after dating for several years they got engaged on Christmas Eve 1997.

After her marriage, she changed her name to Rebecca Romijn-Stamos which is still her legal name. They lived happily for a couple of years and as time passed by their relationship was not happy anymore. Eventually, they broke up on 1 March 2005.

John Stamos claims that Ryan Murphy originally wrote ‘Nip/Tuck’ for him but he was stopped by his wife Romijn. He said,

“Maybe I was too afraid then. Ryan also wrote ‘Nip/Tuck’ for me, but the person with whom I was in a relationship at the time read the script and said, ‘That’s demeaning toward women.”

After her divorce, she has never spoken or been in touch with John Stamos. She was reportedly in a relationship with John Cusack in 2004.

Afterward, she came to have a relationship with actor Jerry O’Connell which led to so much controversy. Jerry O’Connell started flirting and seeing Romijn when he was still in a relationship with his longtime girlfriend Giuliana Rancic.

In 2004, she started dating actor Jerry O’Connell and after dating for a year he popped the question in September 2005. After their engagement for two years, they married on 14 July 2007 at their home in Calabasas, California.

They have twin daughters, Dolly Rebecca-Rose O’Connell and Charlie Tamara-Tulip O’Connell on 28 December 2008. A huge fan of Dolly Parton, she kept one of her daughters’ names, Dolly, and another one as Charlie which is the name of O’Connell’s brother.

She is living a happy married life with his husband and children having no rumor of their separation but still now she hasn’t legally changed her name back from Romijn-Stamos.
