Brody Jenner and his girlfriend Tia Blanco are expanding their family members. The beautiful couple is expecting their first child together.

The former Hills: New Beginnings star, 39, took to Instagram to announce the happy news on the 1st of January in a joint post with a video from their recent doctor’s visit.

In the video clip, Jenner captured her pregnant girlfriend while she can be seen getting a sonogram. Similarly, he can be heard saying, “Honey, look at that little heart,” in the video.

Jenner wrote a heartwarming statement underneath the Instagram post. The statement began,

“To start off this new year, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish all of our friends, family and followers health, happiness & an abundance of love,”

He then added,

“We truly appreciate & love you all. We are excited to share with you the blessing of a new life in the new year. Our little angel is on their way. Happy new year!”

Well, the couple hasn’t yet revealed the sex of their forthcoming baby. However, they can be seen hinting on their Instagram post where Jenner included a blue heart emoji in the statement.

Does it mean were they having a baby boy?

The pregnancy news comes seven months after the couple first confirmed their romance in May on Instagram. They made things Instagram official by sharing a cozy snap of themselves cuddling with Brody’s dog.

Friends and Family members flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages

As soon as the couple made their pregnancy announcement in a joint Instagram post many took to the comment section of the post to show them love and support for their growing family.

Brody’s mother Linda Thompson commented,

“So happy that you are sharing this news so I can tell everybody I meet on the street now. Lol I have been keeping this secret, but it’s been so hard! We are so happy! Love you both so much… Love all three of you so much!”

The 72-years old Thompson is already a proud grandmother of three. Her elder son Brandon Jenner, whom she shared with ex-partner Caitlyn Jenner, is father to three children a daughter Eve, 8, and twin boys Sam and Bo, 2.

While Brandon Jenner went on to say,
