Prince Harry is one gem of a person. He has done what a Royal family to date has not done or dared to do. He married an actress, who is three years elder than him. His beloved wife, Meghan Markle was a divorcee and her ethnicity is mixed(African and Dutch-Irish). Out of all odds, Price just saw how beautiful heart Meghan had and fell in love with her, did not judge her because of her race or past affairs. Still, Harry says that he is lucky to have Meghan.

They had a huge wedding ceremony on 19 May 2018 at St George’s Chapel in the grounds of Windsor Castle. The royal family, friends, various celebrities and millions of people came to witness their wedding. Out of the guest list of Harry, one of his ex, Chelsy Davy was also invited for the wedding ceremony.

It is said that Prince Harry’s relationship with Chelsy Davy was one of his serious relationships. The couple dated for seven long years i.e., from the year 2004 to 2011. The couple met for the first time in Cape Town during the royal’s Gap Year.

Chelsy was one of the important guests at Harry’s brother, Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding on 29 April 2011.

The couple allegedly broke up because Chelsy disliked the publicity and attention she was getting because of Harry. She revealed,

“It was so full-on: crazy and scary and uncomfortable. I found it very difficult when it was bad. I couldn’t cope. I was trying to be a normal kid and it was horrible.”

However, they have several mutual friends in common and even after the break up the couple stayed in contact with each other.

It has been reported that Harry personally gave a phone call to his ex Chelsy Davy to invite her to the wedding. After hearing from Harry, Chelsey was quite tearful and emotional. A source said,

“It was their final call, a parting call in which they both acknowledged Harry was moving on. Chelsy was quite emotional about it all, she was in tears and almost didn’t go to the wedding.”

Chelsy, being a sport attended the wedding but she was not looking happy during Harry’s big day. A source told,

“In the end, she went [to the ceremony] and promised Harry she wouldn’t try and gatecrash the party.”

Nicholl said,

“You sort of get the feeling that neither of them were quite ever willing to completely let go of that love affair. They’d carved their names into one of the tree trunks on the family estate. It was such a love affair, it really was.”

Duchess of Sussex, Meghan greeted and hugged Harry’s guest, Chelsey during the reception despite knowing their past relationship.
