Kamala Harris is an American attorney and politician. She has been serving as the Junior Unite State Senator since 2017 for California.

She has previously served as District Attorney of San Francisco and as the 32^nd Attorney General of California.

Currently, she is the vice president of the US.

Kamala Harris date of birth is October 20, 1964, and she was born in Oakland, California. Her birth name is Kamala Devi Harris. Kamala Harris was raised and spent her childhood in her hometown.

Her mother’s name is Shyamala Gopalan Harris and her father’s name is Donald Harris. Harris’s mother is Indian and her father is Jamaican.

Her parents immigrated to the US for better opportunities and education and they met in 1960.

She was recruited by Louise Renne in 2000, and she worked as chief of the Community and Neighbourhood Division.

Kamala carried the San Francisco City Attorney’s Division for the three years on Families and Children.

Kamala Harris made history in 2003 as she was the first woman, black and south Asian to achieve the San Francisco district, attorney.

After serving as ahead, she became successful to arrest the criminal by more than a half.

She also made an affordable effort on decreasing the truancy rate by 32 percent and prosecuted the parents of truant children.

She has been working as an outspoken advocate for immigrants and women’s rights. Harris has been a proud member of the resistance against Trump’s presidency.

On January 21, 2017, after the day Trump swore into office, Harris called Trump’s address a ‘dark’ message.

Kamala Harris also made her criticism his executive order barring citizens.

She is currently serving as U.S. Senator from California.
