In 1995, Nick Candy entered the real estate industry by buying the one-bedroom flat in Redcliffe Square along with his brother, Christian. They brought the apartment for the £122k. After 18 months, they sold the apartment for £172k.

At the time, he was working with the advertising company, J. Walter Thompson. Also, along with his brother, he was renovating flats and making grip stronger in the real estate world. In 1999, the Candy brothers established their real estate firm, Candy & Candy giving up their jobs. Also, he became the CEO of the firm.

Following that, the brothers had worked on various real-estate projects. However, they made their huge impression on the project, One Hyde Park in 2004. The projects involved the construction of 86 luxury apartments. For the project, they got associated with the private firm owned by the Prime Minister of Qatar.

Following the project, some of his notable development projects include the NoHo Square in 2006, Chelsea Barracks in 2007, and Beverly Hills 9900 Wilshire development in 2008.

In 2018, He renamed the real estate firm, Candy & Candy to Candy Property. Also, he changed the company as the sole trading company where his brother, Christian established his own firm, CPC Group in Guernsey. The CPC Group specializes in high-profile reals estates development.
