Peter Billingsley is an American director, actor, and producer whose recognizable work includes his role as ‘Ralphie’ in ‘A Christmas Story’ a 1983 movie.

He is also known for his role as ‘Messy Marvin’ in Hershey’s chocolate syrup commercial that aired during the 1970s.

He was born to Alwin Michaelson (a financial consultant) and Gail (Alwin’s Secretary) and was introduced to the acting lifestyle early on in his life by his mother.

He has also produced many movies like ‘The Sacred Fire’, ‘Made’, ‘The X Show’, ‘The Break-Up’ and ‘Art of Conflict’.

He was the executive producer for the 2008 blockbuster ‘Iron Man.

He later starred in ‘Arcade’, a 1993 movie that was one of the noteworthy projects he was involved in.

He has worked behind the scenes on numerous projects including ‘The X Show’, ‘Made’, ‘Zathura’, ‘Term Life’, ‘Couples Retreat’, and others.

He played a small role in ‘Family Reunion: A Relative Nightmare’, ‘No Return’ ‘No Deposit’, and others.
