Real Madrid have made Chelsea forward Eden Hazard as their major target over Mohamed Salah for this summer where Manchester City are also in the race to sign Hazard

As per the latest report, Real Madrid will go after the Belgian international Eden Hazard instead of Liverpool’s goal machine Mohamed Salah.
Previously, it was said that Madrid is willing to pay almost £200 million for Liverpool’s wander forward.

However, they are forward to signing Chelsea forward over the Egyptian. As Cristiano Ronaldo is getting older, Real Madrid is looking forward to filling the gap in their attack.

As per the Spanish football expert, Guillem Balague, Hazard will be the best fit for Salah in Madrid. He said,

“Salah is a difficult one because Real Madrid have no mention of him as a candidate to be a Galactico. You can think there is a market in Egypt and he is a star of the Premier League.”

He added,

“He has a lot of things to go for him. But if they get Hazard they won’t need Salah. It seems like they wouldn’t put that much money into Mohamed Salah”

On the other hand, Hazard’s chances of leaving Stamford Bridge are high. He is expected to leave the club if Chelsea couldn’t make it to the next season’s Champions League.

Furthermore, the 27-year-old Belgian international doesn’t seem so happy under Antonio Conte as he has not been playing in his best position.

Despite the rumor regarding his move to the Spanish giants, Hazard insists and told,

“I just want to be on the pitch. Number 9, 10, I can play left-back if the manager wants, no problem. I just want to be on the pitch and try to give everything like I do every time.”

He further added,

“I’m happy with Chelsea. I am just thinking about the end of the season and the World Cup. I have got two years left on my contract so I am just happy.

Talking about Belgium’s chances in the upcoming World Cup, he said,

“Four years ago was the first World Cup for almost all of the players in the national team. Now we have the experience four years later so we know what to do to be ready. We have one target which is to go to the final and then we will see what happens.”

As of now, Belgium is looking so strong with the in-form Romelu Lukaku, Kevin De Bruyne, and keeper Thibaut Courtois.

Currently, there are also rumors that Manchester City is also ready to make a bid for the Chelsea man. However, they have been already humiliated by Alexis Sanchez’s transfer to Manchester United. Previously, City was also the favorite to land the Chilean international. Later, Alexis Sanchez snubbed City over Manchester United.

According to the report, City is not going to be humiliated by the signing of Eden Hazard as the Belgian is expected to leave Chelsea and join Real Madrid.
