Steve Howey was born as Steven Michael Robert Howey on 12th July 1977 in San Antonio, Texas, US.

He is the son of Bill Howe and Carla Novinger.

Howey’s father was an acting teacher in Los Angeles. He was raised on sailboats along the Pacific Coast.

Steve Howey has two siblings, a brother Bret Howey and a sister Tammy Howey. Steve revealed that he was mostly raised by his elder brother.
